LIC ADO Eligibility

The LIC ADO eligibility criteria are given below :

1. Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 30 years .
2. The experience requirements for the post of LIC ADO are given below :

Educational Qualification for LIC ADO

The candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India approved for the fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

LIC ADO Selection Process

LIC ADO examination  is conducted by LIC . The selection process consists of three levels :

1. Written Test/ Online Test: It is a computer-based online test conducted in two phases:
   1. Phase -I: Preliminary Examination
   2. Phase -II: Mains Examination
2.  Personal Interview
3.  Medical Test

LIC ADO Prelims Exam Pattern

The prelims exam has been categorized into three sections :

1.  Reasoning
2.  Numerical ability
3.  English language

The  LIC  ADO  examination is conducted for three different Categories:

1. Open Market : open for all the candidates
2. LIC Employee : open for candidates who are full time, salaried employee of LIC  ( under Grade III )
3. LIC Agent : open for candidates who work as agents under LIC .

The medium of language : English or Hindi except for English language and vocabulary test .

Personal Interview

Personal Interview : LIC ADO

The candidates who qualify the cut-off marks in the Mains Examination are called for an interview round which is of 37 marks . It includes aptitude based questions to check the reasoning and thinking capability of the candidate .

Medical Test : LIC ADO

Finally, LIC conducts a medical test for the shortlisted candidates. Only those candidates who are found medically fit  will be selected for the post of Apprentice Development Officer.

LIC ADO Salary

An ADO is given a monthly stipend of  Rs. 34,503 ( including HRA + admissible allowances )

LIC ADO Admit Card

Candidates can follow the following steps for downloading of admit card :

1. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of LIC.
2. After opening the home page, click on the ‘Careers’ page.
3. Click on the link ‘ Admit card download.’
4. Enter the registered ID and password provided during the application process.
5. Click on the submit button
6. Download the admit card Pdf and take a print of it .
